Acuiti Labs as Data Controller

Data Controller means the natural or legal person who (either alone or jointly or in common with other persons) determines the purposes for which and the manner in which any personal information is, or is to be, processed. Retention

Acuiti Labs will retain any personal information taken by you only for a required period or as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. Acuiti Labs might also retain Usage Data for the internal analysis purposes to further improve our service. There might occur situations or circumstances where Acuiti Labs might have to reveal your Personal data or personal information if needed to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or a government agency).
