Souvik has over 25 years of IT industry experience, including time at SAP and Hewlett-Packard, before taking on the CTO role at Acuiti Labs. He leads the technology vision behind Acuiti Labs’ SAP BRIM and Order-to-Cash solutions, including the Q2C Customer Portal. He holds an Executive Diploma in Strategy and Innovation from Warwick Business School and regularly speaks on SAP BRIM, Agentic AI in quote to cash process and enabling superior customer experience.
He has led digital transformation initiatives across Telecom, Airports, SaaS, and Media sectors – delivering measurable improvements in customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and revenue acceleration.
